Who We Are
The African Canadian Business Chamber (ACBC) is a not-for-profit organization with a primary objective of fostering stronger commercial relations between African countries and Canada. Established in 2020 , ACBC has its offices in Vancouver, Canada and Port Louis, Mauritius. Led by a volunteer Board of Directors, the ACBC is comprised of successful business leaders with expertise conducting business in the 2 markets.
Our Vision
The African Canadian Business Chamber is a leading and respected business authority that drives economic and social growth, expand Africa and Canada business competitiveness, attracting new investment and opportunities for our members and the communities they operate in.
Our Mission
The ACBC promotes the trade and investment relationship between Africa and Canada. The Chamber is a not-for-profit membership organization that strives to expand business relations between Africa and Canada by providing its members and the business community in both continents with a comprehensive range of products and services.
Our Aim and Mission
We focus on the following six activities
To serve our Members in Africa and Canada
To promote the development of commerce and investment between Canada and African countries
To provide a forum in which Canada and Africa business executives can network, identify, discuss, and pursue common interests regarding their activities.
Educate on International Trade and provide advice, support and export documentation information to Canada and African business.
To Promote sustainable development and transfer of know-how between Canada and Africa through capacity building initiatives and joint ventures
